About Me

Brandee Anthony created Vero Beach Mermaid as a creative outlet to inspire and connect with others around the world.

“I have always been fascinated with the ideas around Mermaids and their ability to connect people to the sea. However I knew dreamed I would actually become one professionally! My journey started in spring of 2016. I was live streaming full time and wanted to create something truly unique. Underwater interactive live streams! I quickly decided the best way to do this was as a mermaid – it was then I purchased my first fabric tail and a GoPro. Within a week I would going live to hundreds of thousands of viewers and VBM was born. The interest in this idea was so big that I upgraded to a full silicone tail and started a new life adding a third notch to my business!”

 She is recognized for her achievement in photography, videography and live-streaming. Brandee creates whimsical and enchanting moments through both multimedia and in person experiences.

VBM offers an array of services from free diving retreats, mentoring, creative photo, video and social media content creation, social influencing, party appearances, festivals, fundraisers and conservation efforts. VBM is an entity enjoyable for all ages that truly connects you to the magical world of imagination.
