Meet Mermaid Sherriel, the Sweetwater Siren. Her love for the water started at an early age, splashing in Lake St. Clair–the “Heart of the Great Lakes” and international boundary between the US (MI) and Canada (ON). She can often be found swimming back and forth between Key West and Southern Ontario. Being on, in, or by the water via the beach, dock or pleasure craft are favorite pastimes. She loves traveling, ocean life, and, of course, her “Sweetwater Sea” in the North. MERketer, Creative Consultant, Event Planner and Owner at Deeply Creative, Mermaid Sherriel worked as an integral part of the planning/marketing crew of the Inaugural Key West Mermaid Festival (2019) and is now the host of the upcoming event, Mermaids & Mariners on the St. Clair (2022) — an all-ages, adult, and family-friendly event celebrating all things nautical on the scenic St. Clair River @ Brander Park in Port Lambton, Ontario, CANADA! Mermaid Sherriel is a certified Fin Fun Mermaid Tail retailer in Southwestern, Ontario and is available for children’s birthday parties and local events.
